Capable of automatically switching from one fuel to another while maintaining constant power output. The user can opt for wood-only, pellet-only or combined mode operation. Equipped with a single, large combustion chamber with bottom loading, it can burn any type of wood, pellets and multi-fuel at the highest levels of efficiency. Characterised by very high performance and very low emission values. Compliant with the most advanced European standards in the sector.

3 – Three-phase gearmotor for multi-fuel supply
4 – Combustion air fan
5 – Automatic ignition system (spark plug + blower)
6 – Ash collection tray
7 – Heat exchanger with thermolytic fins (high efficiency 92%)
8 – Serpentine for rapid domestic hot water production and safety with connection to the thermal discharge valve
9 – Cast-iron burner (multi-fuel supply from below)
10 – Star valve (mechanical backfire safety)

4 – ISPESL safety valve outlet 2.5 bar Ø 26 mm
5 – Safety valve outlet 2.5 bar Ø 21 mm
6 – Expansion valve 10 litres
7 – System delivery Ø 1″ M
8 – DHW outlet Ø 1/2″ M
9 – Thermal discharge valve outlet Ø 3/4″ M
10 – Domestic hot water/mains water inlet Ø 1/2″ M

The capacious tank is connected by means of a double-stage auger plus star valve to the circular cast-iron burner. The advanced bottom-loading technology allows multiple advantages:
– no burner cleaning;
– clean, white flame and always the right amount of oxygen;
– reduction in fuel used. When the boiler goes into stand-by, it does not use any more fuel for re-ignition, but exploits the embers effect to restart;
– possibility of using pellets and biomasses of any type and quality. The burner equipped with a removable ring, once removed, is able to burn even more difficult fuels as the surface is larger with additional holes for combustion.
Geysir Wood’s heat exchanger is self-cleaning due to the thermolytic surfaces it contains, so only ash and fine dust are deposited, which only need to be removed once a year for cleaning and extraordinary maintenance.
Designed and dimensioned with fluid dynamics software, the heat exchanger (Famar patent) consists of fins with 24 smoke passages. Fully automated: An actuator opens or closes the bypass dampers modifying the smoke passage in the flue or dry chamber heat exchanger.
Specially developed and designed with narrow and long passages, with fins nailed in the centre to ensure that the internal walls are not overheated when the smoke passes through. The incandescence of the internal contact surfaces burns the unburned substances carried by the flue gases, transforming them into ash that remains on the internal surfaces due to the cyclone effect, as well as recovering additional energy (higher efficiency) that is transferred to the water.
