Wood thermo fireplace
Founder of a new generation of thermo fireplace that combines maximum energy efficiency with respect for nature and the environment.
Unique in its kind, the thermo fireplace has a 16:9 panoramic glass, combining functionality and aesthetics in every element. Extremely minimal, adaptable to any type of furniture, from rustic to classic to modern. Equipped with a combustion chamber with high-density vermiculite panels and refractory bricks on the bottom that allow to increase the combustion temperature and therefore reduce emissions.

Infinity 5S Elements
1 – Over 40 meters of copper serpentine for rapid ACS production.
2 – Smoke emissions with very low values of carbon monoxide (0.0645%).
3 – Double bypass shutter system. Allows for a 3-pass flue system in the case of a chimney with good draft, or three parallel flue passages with less pressure loss in the case of a chimney with poor draft. In this configuration, the shutters are adjusted in an open configuration to bring the flue flow into parallel.
4 – Patented self-cleaning exchanger with 192 thermolytic fins that allow for burning of unburned materials even from green and resinous wood.
5 – Secondary and tertiary combustion air preheated at very high temperatures to burn unburned materials and reduce carbon monoxide from primary combustion.

SMOKE CONTROL SYSTEM: VARIABLE GEOMETRY HEAT EXCHANGER
The Infinity is the only wood stove that can adapt to any type of chimney (tall, short, curved) as it is equipped with a patented heat exchanger adjustable according to the needs of the chimney. In tall chimneys, the smoke travels through three rotations inside the exchanger, heating the water to a higher degree. In short or curved chimneys, by adjusting the bypass damper of the exchanger, the smoke is released in a way which reduces load losses and facilitates the chimney draft. High efficiency is guaranteed. However, the system cannot solve draft problems due to chimneys not in compliance with UNI 10683 standards.
SELF-CLEANING HEAT EXCHANGER AND HIGH SAFETY
Completely self-cleaning thanks to the innovative patented heat exchanger with thermolytic fins that generate post-combustion of unburned smoke particles, preventing the formation of creosote. It can burn both dry and resinous wood without ever getting clogged, guaranteeing a large quantity of hot water for sanitation with a consistently high performance over time. The production of hot water for sanitation takes place through an internal heat exchanger with 5 copper serpentine pipes with a diameter of 10 mm, which, connected to a thermal discharge valve, also functions as an additional safety measure.
SYSTEM OF OPERATION
The primary, secondary, and tertiary air is completely preheated by first passing below the base and then through a gap located at the bottom of the combustion chamber. This high-temperature air is able to combine with carbon monoxide, which is not completely burned in the first stage of combustion, generating a secondary and tertiary combustion that minimizes polluting emissions, reaching 5 stars as an Environmental Class and being certified for the Thermal Account with the maximum rewarding factor. It is characterized by a patented vertical disappearing door with anti-blocking device, which can also be opened laterally for glass cleaning. The internal surface of the door allows the passage of a veil of air to avoid smoke on the glass.
